Extensive testing, research and development on electromechanical transmission components have allowed MATECH to develop new diagnostic tools. Matech's solenoids, sensors and TPS dynotesters allow today's transmission technicians to establish a diagnosis accurately and efficiently.

 

 

 

Valve Bodies

 

A new line of guaranteed remanufactured valve bodies

 

All our guaranteed remanufactured valve bodies are completely disassembled and submitted to a systematical inspection of all valves, bores, springs, end caps, refiners and guides.

 

They are remanufactured and assembled by a Matech certified technician. The updates and improvements such as the Sonnax products are made on all Matech valve bodies.

 

Solenoids are cleaned and tested for :

• . Hydraulic leak down
• . Resistance
• . Amperage
• . Flow energized
• . Flow de-energized
• . Tested at 140⁰F to simulate operational environment

 

All our valve bodies are thoroughly tested on our VBT4000 tester featuring :
